He explained that few weekends ever live up to their potential, and so Sunday nights are full of disappointment and thoughts about the unsavory tasks of the week ahead. It was easy to see how this combination would create what he called an atmosphere rife with negative energy and potential for trouble. He said there were statistics showing that more discussions degenerate into arguments, and worse, on Sunday nights than any other night of the week. It made sense to me. Personally, my advice is to take it easy and slow. Be sure of what he feels before making a move... or you could take a chance too. I don't know how long you know each other, but spend more time knowing each other. If you happen to run out of conversation topics... well, that might be a hint that he may not be the one. Otherwise, being honest about your own feelings is always good. Just don't rush all your thoughts to him at once... slowly open up your feeling to him. I think that's the best approach.
